We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Personal Assistant. This position requires the successful candidate to be based in Bali, Indonesia. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Offices and other essential applications, and possess exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Director’s daily agenda.
  • Managing Director’s calendar and setting up meetings.
  • Assist in Business Development Activities
    • Organize a database of contacts.
    • Research new leads.
    • Reach out to potential new clients when needed.
  • Prepare meeting presentations. 
    • Update and re-arrange existing portfolio using InDesign.
  • Participate in Marketing activities.
    • Attend weekly marketing meetings.
    • Assist the marketing team with their tasks and help overviewing contents and descriptions.
  • Supporting in project management. 
    • Assist organizing weekly workload for the team
    • Prepare the weekly staff meeting agenda. 
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the Director.
    • Collaborate with the Office Manager on recruiting and other office activities. 
    • Assist the Director with other requests.

Requirements

  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Work experience minimum 2 years in a similar role would be preferred.
  • Knowledge of technological items and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite is advantageous.
  • Understanding social media is a plus.
  • Self-organized, well-organized, and detail oriented.
