We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Personal Assistant. This position requires the successful candidate to be based in Bali, Indonesia. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Offices and other essential applications, and possess exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Director’s daily agenda.
- Managing Director’s calendar and setting up meetings.
- Assist in Business Development Activities
- Organize a database of contacts.
- Research new leads.
- Reach out to potential new clients when needed.
- Prepare meeting presentations.
- Update and re-arrange existing portfolio using InDesign.
- Participate in Marketing activities.
- Attend weekly marketing meetings.
- Assist the marketing team with their tasks and help overviewing contents and descriptions.
- Supporting in project management.
- Assist organizing weekly workload for the team
- Prepare the weekly staff meeting agenda.
- Miscellaneous tasks to support the Director.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager on recruiting and other office activities.
- Assist the Director with other requests.
Requirements
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Work experience minimum 2 years in a similar role would be preferred.
- Knowledge of technological items and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite is advantageous.
- Understanding social media is a plus.
- Self-organized, well-organized, and detail oriented.
