Job Description:

  • Providing secretarial support and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities in the department
  • Provide administration support for Director / Leader
  • Processing and reconciling expenses
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, including filling, incoming/outgoing mail, reports documents, and minute of meeting
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, internal and external events
  • Handling multiple tasks and completing them on time

 

Requirements:

  • Active personality and strong interpersonal skills
  • High integrity, fast learnings, and good personality
  • Honest, hard worker, well organized, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
  • Proven skills in operating Microsoft Office etc.
  • 2 years of working experience as a secretary and administrative assistant will be top point
  • Excellent in Minute of Meeting
  • Good time management
  • Preferably can speak passive Chinese 
  • Able to join ASAP
  • Willing to work location Jakarta Timur
