  • At least 2 years of experience as a school leader, operations manager, or principal.
  • Strong communication skills to foster a productive and positive educational environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to elevate teacher performance and boost student success.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage our team, ensuring that data and processes are efficiently handled.
  • Implement and uphold academic policies and curriculum standards.
  • Set and track benchmarks for institutional success, driving continuous improvement.
  • Empower teachers to reach their full teaching potential through support and guidance.
  • Regularly meet with teachers and staff, addressing concerns and fostering collaboration.
  • Inspire and assist both students and teachers, creating a supportive and motivating atmosphere.
  • Develop and enforce codes and policies that maintain high standards for staff and students.
  • Promote a bias-free environment where everyone can thrive.
  • Nurture leadership qualities in staff members.
  • Oversee the school’s budget, ensuring financial stability.
  • Engage with parents regularly to resolve issues and build strong community relations.
  • Communicate important information to board members and parents effectively.
  • Develop and enforce building and guest policies to ensure safety at all times.
  • Manage enrolment processes to maintain stability.
  • Optimize marketing and pricing strategies by analyzing market trends.
  • Enhance brand awareness and market share through strategic initiatives.
  • Lead branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns to elevate the school’s profile.
  • Manage the marketing department, guiding staff towards achieving goals.
  • Prepare and present bi-weekly reports to the Board of Management, showcasing progress and insights.
