Bunda Mulia School (SPK) is a Cambridge-based school located in Ancol, North Jakarta. The school has been in operation since 2004.

We are looking for some qualified candidates for the position of GENERAL AFFAIRS SUPERVISOR to join us immediately.

 

Qualification & Skills

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Maintenance, Civil, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven ability and track record on inventory & assets management.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • A strong sense of workplace health and safety.
  • Able to give instructions and delegate to subordinates and instill a sense of loyalty with all staff, and develop pride in the work done at the school.
  • Detail oriented, good analytical thinking & problem solving, and have a passion of service.
  • Experience working in a school setting is an advantage.
  • Computer literate.

 

Job Description

  • Manage and control school facilities and infrastructures such as work area cleanliness, building maintenance, and operational equipment.
  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of school facilities and assets, conduct periodic inspections and maintain proper record. Evaluate and improve the complaints from other departments relating to school facilities.
  • Recommend annual budget allocation of general affair function. 
  • Provide and maintain a high standard of workplace health and safety and implement Bunda Mulia School (SPK) standards for all facilities and equipment.
  • Research potential suppliers. Compare and evaluate quotations from suppliers. Propose to purchasing staff the cost estimations of projects. Perform proper administrative work such as purchase requests after negotiate with vendors.
  • Review any cost savings methods and make projections of maintenance and minor construction needs.
  • Commission and sign off on all new projects in-house, after conferring with the BMS Management.
  • Prepare regular reports to the BMS Management on incidents, problems and recommendations 
  • Maintain regular communication and cooperative, positive relationships with the Academic and Non Academic teams regarding any emergency requests and to keep abreast of their service needs and to be able to anticipate problems before they become crises.
