Responsible for achieving sales target in modern trade area
Developing and motivating sales force team to achieve individual’s and team performance
Develop trade and consumer promotions and manages execution of such trade and consumer promotions
Controlling outlets regarding stocks availability
Secures visibility according to set standards in all trade outlets and events
Actively tries to create space within venues to facilitate the attainment of visibility objectives
Requirements
Graduated from Bachelor Degree any major from reputable University with minimum GPA: 3.00
Is must having working experience as Supervisor Modern Trade channel at least for 2 year from FMCG Company
Know and have good relationship with buyers modern trade market
Strong leadership skills for monitoring SMD activities. Candidates must be able to effectively manage and direct a team of SMD, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance
Target oriented, good negotiating & communication skill, pleasant personality and able to work under pressure
Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
