An International Freight Forwarding Company urgently look for: SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE (Jakarta, Semarang and Surabaya Office)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and capitalize on potential business opportunities and markets.
• Develop and expand new business ventures and client relationships.
• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
• Create and implement strategic marketing plans to boost sales.
• Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and market conditions.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management.

Requirements:

• Educational requirements: minimum D3 any field.
• Required languages: Indonesian, English, or other foreign languages are an advantage.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the freight forwarding industry is a must.
• Computer literate.
• Age between 25- 40 years old.
• Basic knowledge about the international transportation industry (import /export).
• Having an existing client base is an advantage.
