Sales Manager for Electro Motor and Electrical Automation Brands products

Job Criteria :

• Maximum ages : 45 years
• Minimum education Diploma / S1 (Electrical Engineering Prioritized)
• Have electrical knowledge more prioritized
• Have experience in sales Electro motor and automation products such as PLC, Drive Inverter, Sensors, electrical controller, HMI, Power supply etc. 
• Have existing network in industrial, BUMN, BUMD, System Integrator, OEM manufacturing, etc
• Position only for candidates who has strong technical, presentation, marketing communication and commercial background, leadership to manage people and brand development. 
• Willing to work 6 days a week (Saturday usually only for internal meeting and coordination meeting)
• Required to have Honest, good attitude, good interpersonal skill, hardworking, Serious in working and outgoing
• Placed in Surabaya office, but willing to mobile travelling outside Surabaya
• Has own motorcycle vehicle. Able to drive car is more prioritize
• Willing and fast to learn new things especially in electrical and business matters
• Position offered only for candidates lives in Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Gresik area

Job Description :

• Regular visits to customers and prospect customer
• Performing introduction, presentation and lobbying for electrical brand and products to customers
• Making regulers visiting report, Opportunity Report and providing market intelligence
• Making quotation and tendering process
• Managing Business development for brand products
• Providing basic technical support for electrical automation products and electro motor supplied
• Maintaining and expanding good relation to customers
• Seeking more potential customers to develop the business
• Able to organize and manage people to solve problems
