Job Description:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Have minimum SMU/Diploma/Barchelor Degree of any major
  • Experience minimum 1 year working with customer support or retail furniture.
  • Must have pleasant, professionality, responsible and trustworthy.
  • Good communication, teamwork & collaboration skills
  • Willing to work mobile & shifting (Saturday & Sunday).
