Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving sales targets for several product ranges and/or several areas under his responsibility, by creating strategic implementation plans and managing sales activities and monitoring relationships with customers to ensure long-term relationships with customers.
- Design and implement strategic plans to expand company’s customer base and brand awareness in the industry.
- Build strategic sales programs which promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand and able to presents sales forecast, revenue and expenses reports to the management.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop sales team to pursue prospects, promote products, offer solutions and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related major.
- Age Maximum 35 - 38 Years Old
- Minimum working experience of 5 (five) years.
- Have team leader roles in past working experience
- Advanced in English (in written & verbal).
- Demonstrate strong track records in conducting sales and negotiation with clients.
- Possess a strong communication skills both verbal and written
