Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the Sales Administration matters in the company.
- Involve in the telemarketing, tele-sales activities.
- Preparing PO and check all documents before sending PO to vendor.
- Preparing the invoicing, checking the documents completeness.
- Preparing Purchase request for marketing activities to Finance with all supporting documents.
- Preparing Debit Note request to Finance for activities to be claimed to Vendor.
- Preparing PO for marketing events.
- Monitoring payment process on marketing PR to Finance.
- Responsible for the reporting and liaise with the regional team.
Job Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor from any majors.
- Working at least 2 years in sales and marketing activities.
- Computer literate especially in MS Office.
- Good English.
- Honest, Good Personality, accurate and able to work in team and work under pressure.
