We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Key Account Supervisor to join our client.
Job Description:
- Build and maintain relationship with existing customer and new customer.
- Responsible in spare parts retail sales market and wholesales in the region.
- Meet and exceed sales targets; achieve maximum sales in assigned territory through approved and allocated channels.
- Analyze the market and open new market opportunities to increase sales.
- Responsible in customer retention, recommend action plan and provide service business analysis.
- Lead dealer's action plan development and control the execution.
- Create visit reports, sales reports and other reports required on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from any field.
- At least 4 years’ experience in this position as sales key account supervisor and handling after sales of 4W automotive industry spare parts.
- Have knowledge of the automotive industry and current market trends.
- Good communication skills and friendly personality.
- Have strong negotiation skills.
- Have your own vehicle.
