Team and Role Introduction:
Seller protection team is under customer protection domain. This team is responsible to provide a trust and safety environment for the sellers.
Responsibilities:

-Analyze and provide report on sellers' complaints in the area of trust and safety
-Conduct root cause analysis and proposed solution to improve sellers' experience
-Design communication material to improve trust and safety environment

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

-SQL
-Strong analytical and logical thinking
-Strong problem solving
-Excellent communication
-Able to work with team across functions
-Strong execution

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
Previous role in fraud / trust and safety / platform governance / business intelligence is prefered
