- Bachelor (S1) Graduate from all major.
- Have the ability to speak in English is a must (Mandarin speaker is a plus)
- Have 5 years' experience in smartphone industry & 2 years' experience in handling regional market and team.
- Familiar with Sulawesi market & have a connection with retails in the region.
- Have a great communication skill, interpersonal skill, business negotiation skills, & analytical thinking.
Job Description:
- In accordance with the company's strategic planning and area market development, formulate a sales plan and marketing plan for the Sulawesi area to ensure achievement of targets and tasks.
- Carry out distribution of sales targets, formulate quarterly and monthly sales plans, and lead the team to achieve target goals.
- Responsible for managing area offline retail operations, helping organize related teamwork tasks, and tracking team members' work efficiency.
- Carry out company marketing and promotion plans and carry out marketing and promotions based on market realities.
- Conduct market research, provide accurate information about market trends, changes in demand, competitor and customer feedback, formulate sales plans based on results, and promptly adjust sales strategies to respond to market changes.
