Job Description:
- Ensure targets in the scope of work can be achieved.
- Carry out all operational work processes in accordance with the established SOP / IK.
- Maintain and care for all work tools provided to employees.
- Track product performance indicators after launch to ensure successful product development and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze existing products to identify underperforming products.
- Benchmarking competitive products and services to gain insights and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to improve product quality and explore alternative raw material options.
- Maintain and enforce quality control processes to ensure products meet established standards & regulations.
- Ensure the smooth implementation of product development within the team, ensuring timely delivery and quality products that meet customer needs.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Food Technology/Nutrition or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): product formulation, HACCP, GMP, Food Safety, Quality Management System
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.(Preferably in Meat processing industry
- Strong leadership, influencing, motivational, and good interpersonal skills
- Willing to be placed in Jonggol – Bogor - Jawa Barat
