Job Description:

We are a rapidly growing manufacturing company based in Bali, seeking a talented and experienced R&D New Product Development Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for developing new products from concept to launch, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate new product development projects.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, marketing, and quality teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Oversee product testing and ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
• Manage project timelines and ensure all milestones are met on time.
• Prepare technical documentation and product development reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D and product development, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Deep knowledge of production processes and manufacturing technology.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
