About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at 广东高义包装科技股份有限公司（Hongda Packaging Co., Ltd.）. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing printing and packaging projects, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking clients. Based in Batam, Riau Islands, Indonesia, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our Printing and Publishing Services division.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and oversee the entire lifecycle of printing and packaging projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Liaise with clients, particularly those who speak Mandarin, to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective project execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless project delivery
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing proactive measures to address any issues that arise
• Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and achieving high customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and best practices

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the printing and packaging industry, preferably with a focus on Mandarin-speaking clients
• Strong understanding of printing and packaging technologies, materials, and industry standards
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects effectively
• Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin, as well as strong English communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with clients
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work in a fast-paced environment
