About the role

As a Fulfilment Responsible Specialist (Printing and Packaging) at 广东高义包装科技股份有限公司, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of printing and packaging solutions to our valued clients. This is a full-time position based in Malvar Batangas PH, where you will be responsible for overseeing the fulfilment process and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

Managing the end-to-end fulfilment process for printing and packaging orders, from order receipt to final deliveryCoordinating with the production team to ensure timely and accurate execution of customer ordersServing as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving any issues that may ariseAnalysing and reporting on fulfilment metrics to identify areas for improvementCollaborating with the sales and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experienceImplementing and maintaining efficient inventory management processesEnsuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a fulfilment or logistics role, preferably within the printing and packaging industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer serviceProficient in using relevant software and technology tools to streamline the fulfilment processThorough understanding of inventory management and supply chain best practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities
