Will oversee all projects from design through to hand over of construction with the following aspects : - Pre Constructions - Communications - Contract Management - Drawing Management - Reporting - Financials - Progress + Schedule - Project Approvals + Admin - Handover + Closeout - PM Team + Task management
Is Responsible for delegating and ensuring all task, processes, procedures and actions are delivered for all projects managed by PT NSG
Must be high proficient with modern project management, Design software
Must be able to provide solutions to ensure all projects remain on schedule, on budget and delivered with high standard of quality
Must be able to direct team to realize client company vision and needs
Qualifications :
Must have 5+ years of practical experience in high level projects (Villas, Resorts and Hotels)
Strong team management and leadership skills
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or related field
