Responsibilities :

• Will oversee all projects from design through to hand over of construction with the following aspects :
  - Pre Constructions
  - Communications
  - Contract Management 
  - Drawing Management 
  - Reporting
  - Financials
  - Progress + Schedule
  - Project Approvals + Admin
  - Handover + Closeout
  - PM Team + Task management 
• Is Responsible for delegating and ensuring all task, processes, procedures and actions are delivered for all projects managed by PT NSG
• Must be high proficient with modern project management, Design software
• Must be able to provide solutions to ensure all projects remain on schedule, on budget and delivered with high standard of quality
• Must be able to direct team to realize client company vision and needs

Qualifications :

• Must have 5+ years of practical experience in high level projects (Villas, Resorts and Hotels)
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or related field
• Fluent in reading and writing English
• Willing to work in Bali
