About the job :
The candidate will oversee, manage, monitor and report all stages of the project until the end.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee the phases of construction including managing as well monitoring the engineers, supervisors, construction workers, subcontractors.
- Assisting in problem  solving, risk management, and conflict resolution ensuring unison and concise understanding as well as agreement  between all parties
- Actively provide update and report to the board.
- Confirming all standard aspect of the project are being upheld particularly ensuring exact specifications and quality requirements are met

Qualification 
- Indonesian, based in Bali
- 3-5 years experience in residential - medium scale project.
- Exceptional organisation and management skill
- Knowledge in material,tools etc that signify with building standards.
- Knowledge in regulations to ensure that all local/national rules are adhered to.
- Degrees in relevant field are a plus.
- Strong orient in detail, management, leadership and communication skills.
