• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Product Specialist (IT Software or cloud is preferred).
• Excellent in communication, presentation skill, teamwork ability, customer focus oriented.
• Having deep understanding in Virtualization, Cloud Services, Network Topology and Troubleshoot.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of enterprise software implementations, SaaS / IaaS / PaaS and cloud applications.
• Strong interpersonal relationship building and executive communications skills
• Can manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously
  Ability to show customers how to “use” the offerings to get to first productive use and proactive expansion.
• Can build a growth plan to demonstrate how Growth Offerings will deliver customer outcomes
