Job Description:

Act as the representative of the Business Owner and the Voice of the Customer.
Develop user stories based on one or a combination of in-depth research methods such as customer-driven, data-driven, technology-driven, market-driven, and business-driven, and translate these into:
- Product Vision
- Product Roadmap (including Milestones, MVP, OKRs)
- Product Backlog (based on adaptive business priorities)
Be a part of the Agile/Scrum Team, responsible for:
- Acting as a translator between the Business Owner and the Development Team.
- Collaborating with the Development Team to define a realistic Sprint Backlog and Sprint Goal that still meets business needs, based on the Product Backlog, Dev Team capacity, Definition of Done, and retrospective commitments.
- Being available when needed by the Development Team to clarify business requirements during the Sprint cycle.
- Ensuring the Development Team's work aligns with ongoing business needs.
- Performing Backlog Grooming/Refinement when necessary.
Proactively report the visualized product development progress to the Business Owner and Customer on a regular basis.

Mandatory Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
At least 2 years of experience in Product Management/Project Management in a Multi-finance/Banking/Insurance company.
Clear, targeted, and effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to build strong relationships with Customers and the Development Team.
Strong ownership of the company and product.
Understanding of Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework.
Ability to solve complex problems and identify use cases/solutions.
Effective prioritization skills.
Ability to create conceptual designs (at least at a high-level).
Capability to develop Product Knowledge that is easily understood by both Customers and the Development Team.
