Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, Software Engineering, Information System.
- Extensive experience as product manager or business development manager minimum of 5-years.
- Experience as product specialist/product manager/solutions engineer/pre-sales or business development minimum of 5-years.
- Experience or knowledge in inspection and surveillance drone applications in multiple industries.
- Strong interest and technical knowledge in the command & control software, anti-drone systems and commercial drone industry.
- Written and Spoken English is mandatory for this position.
- Professional communication style and ability to communicate directly with the Principal/Manufacturer and with customers.
Job Description:
- End-to-end Product Development: Principal communication, technical solutions, internal and external training, technical presentations and sales solutions offering.
- Pre-sales: Supporting the sales team to give technical presentations, creating solutions for customer’s pain points. Making demo plans and case study reporting for the products.
- Market Development: Having strong technical background and deep knowledge about the company's product, in order to be able to drive the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, and product planning.
- Product Training & Workshops: Provide customer support and various types of training on our products, as needed. Organize workshops & training seminars to educate customers and reseller channel partners.
- Product Knowledge: maintain technical abilities and proven skills/experience in the fields of Enterprise Drones: Visual Inspection, NDT/UT Thickness, Security Surveillance, Gas Detection, Command & Control Center.
- Collaborate with partner companies and authorized resellers to develop sales and marketing strategies.
- Solutions architect: designing drone-based Inspection & Asset Management systems with visual flowcharts and system design documentation to clearly explain a technology solution to customers, frequently including the integration of third-party products provided by partner distributor and system integrator companies.
- Work effectively with colleagues and internal Operations Team to support sales and pre-sales, understanding customer requirements and working with our team internally to provide solutions and customer support.
- Stay sharply updated on commercial drone technology and solutions, maintaining high awareness of new products, competition and market trends.
