Coordinate and monitor promotion strategies execution, for ethical products, to ensure sales target achievement, whilst monitoring market need, condition and competitor.
Coordinate and monitor product supply to ensure direct fulfilment product demand
Develop promotional materials and marketing programs in accordance with cycle product promotion
Identify new marketing opportunities through routine joint visits with field force. Provide technical/academic information to assist field force on product promotion and handling competition.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy/Marketing/Business or related fields
Strong communication skills. Demonstrates effectiveness in communicating to both upper management and cascading directions down to field force
