As our Product Manager, you'll get to help solve consumer problems, define product roadmaps, craft product vision, and build products to scale to help grow the GoFood business. As a Product Manager in GoFood Affordable team, you will work alongside other Product Managers, Engineering, Designers, BI Analysts, Data Science, Customer Research and Business teams to help Gojek deliver innovative and delightful customer experiences.
What You Will Do
Own and drive product and feature roadmap to fruition through alignment with all stakeholders, and become an internal champion of your product line
Engage cross-functionally and develop strong relationships across stakeholders to understand their goals and priorities. Work with these stakeholders to help them convert these goals into reality.
Deliver. You do more than talk - you put things on paper, get your hands dirty, and execute with precision to make sure products and features are launched
Be a customer advocate, articulate their needs and deliver user-friendly solutions that solve their challenges
Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows, and demo them early and often
Understand that “one size doesn’t fit all” and conceptualize solutions that are configurable and adaptable to the maximum extent possible
Giving clarity to the product development group and stakeholders on the requirement and the impact of each feature as well as the go to market strategy to ensure adoption of the features.
Using data to analyze each feature's adoption and impact, while making improvements on the features to solve customer's pain points
What You Will Need
Minimum 3 years experience specifically in product management, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale products
A self-supporting, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude; able to take ownership of assigned tasks
Experience working on Objectives and Key results model of goal setting
Data-oriented with excellent analytical skills; Able to dig into data to discover nuances, and define & measure success on every project. Prior experience with experimentation is a strong plus
Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills focused on improving collaboration, understanding & information exchange across all stakeholders
Be able to work with agile product development teams and identify new ways to help your team be productive. Experience of working with distributed teams is desired
Comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment
