Job Description:


Bridging between BoD and related key person on day-to-day basis


Preparing, analyzing, and compiling accounting reports, presentations, and/or research data as requested by BoD


Organizing and taking meeting minutes for BoD


Arranging BoD’s travels and personal needs


Qualifications:


Max. 35 years old


Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Management


Proficient with Microsoft Office softwares (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)


Able to generate accounting reports, gantt charts, flow charts, etc.


Able to drive and travel on any given days as needed


Diligent, fast learner, good time management, and attention to detail


Able to speak fluently in English, Mandarin is a plus
