. Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments

. Organize and maintain files, documents, and records both physically and electronically

. Translate documents and interpret conversations between English and Mandarin as needed.

. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in both languages.

. Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.

. Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings.

 

Requirements:

. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Language Studies, or a related field

. Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

. Strong translation and interpretation skills.

. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
