Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Translate documents and communications from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle VISA and KITAS Preparation for expatriates.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any fields
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role for 1-2 years.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
