Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support directly to the CEO.
  • Organize and manage the CEO’s meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee and maintain documents, records, and reports related to logistics operations.
  • Assist with various logistics tasks and coordinate related activities.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system for important documents and ensure timely follow-up on the CEO’s pending tasks.
  • Handle bank transfers and assist with related financial transactions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.00; all majors are welcome to apply.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a personal assistant.
  • Domiciled in Bali.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in handling bank transfers is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills.
