Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support directly to the CEO.
- Organize and manage the CEO’s meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee and maintain documents, records, and reports related to logistics operations.
- Assist with various logistics tasks and coordinate related activities.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for important documents and ensure timely follow-up on the CEO’s pending tasks.
- Handle bank transfers and assist with related financial transactions as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.00; all majors are welcome to apply.
- At least 3 years of experience as a personal assistant.
- Domiciled in Bali.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in handling bank transfers is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills.
