Develop the brand marketing and sales plan and strategy based on understanding customers (need and want), competitors, micro/macro environments, and marketing tools.
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
Execute and manage marketing campaigns to achieve goals and to strengthen the brand value proposition in the market
Monitor and analyze brand performance, campaign performance and business data to draw a meaningful insight/feedback to enhance effectiveness of performance
Responsible as PIC of brand stores of e-commerce included manage promotion and communicate with each platform’s MD/PIC.
Develop strategy of CLV (Customer Lifecycle Value) and manage CLV equity
Cooperate smoothly with multiple functional teams and agencies to improve effectiveness in terms of executing campaigns and accomplishing targets.
Job Requirement
Preferably minimal 3 years experience in FMCG company or Marketing Agency as marketer, strategist, or brand manager.
at least Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
