JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated IT Support Staff to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role requires a versatile individual with strong technical skills and a problem-solving mindset to ensure smooth IT operations within the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- Educational Background:
- Must be a min. Diploma graduate (or currently pursuing) in IT Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related fields.
- Open for all levels of experience:
- University students currently studying are welcome to apply.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced candidates are a plus.
- Proven experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and asset management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with database backup processes and online database management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and end-users.
- Knowledge of setting up and managing email hosting systems is a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Asset Management:
- Review current user requirements and plan for procurement needs.
- Monitor and manage asset usage transactions.
- Technical Support:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues.
- Database Management:
- Perform regular data backup for PCs and laptops.
- Manage and back up online databases.
- Operational Support:
- Assist in setting up email hosting for overseas employees.
- Other Project / Support:
- Explore alternative internal communication platforms for work needs.
- Identify and document operational regarding IT services
