Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration, maintenance, and performance enhancement of various IT systems, with a strong emphasis on network security, Microsoft 365 corporate solutions, and optimizing the use of SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS across all departments. Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus, as it will facilitate future development of SaaS integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Network Security:
- Monitor, identify, and mitigate security threats across corporate networks.
- Implement robust firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security measures to safeguard sensitive data.
- Conduct regular security audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
2. Microsoft 365 Corporate Solutions:
- Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 applications and services for corporate use.
- Provide support and training to staff on using Microsoft 365 tools effectively.
- Ensure seamless integration and configuration of Microsoft 365 with other enterprise systems.
3. Future SaaS Integration Development:
- Evaluate and integrate SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS solutions to enhance departmental workflows.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, customer service, and other departments to align IT solutions with their needs.
- Continuously monitor the performance of SaaS platforms like CRM systems and recommend upgrades or alternatives to meet evolving business requirements.
4. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide first-line support to resolve IT-related issues for all employees.
- Ensure minimal downtime and effective communication during outages or maintenance.
- Document recurring issues and develop guidelines for their resolution.
5. Training and Documentation:
- Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and policies.
- Conduct training sessions to empower staff with essential IT skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and tools.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS integration and performance optimization.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
