• S1 Teknik Informatika / Sistem Informasi / bidang yang relevan
• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai IT Staff, IT Support, ataupun posisi yang serupa
• Lebih disukai memiliki pengalaman kerja di perusahaan pelayaran
• Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik terkait hardware, troubleshooting, media (CCTV, PC, Laptop, Printer, UPS, Website, Video/Drone)
• Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik terkait networking, remote support tools, cybersecurity (LAN, WAN, WEB, CISCO)
• Memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik dan memperhatikan detail / teliti
• Mampu bekerja baik secara individu maupun dalam tim
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Kembangan, Jakarta Barat
