General Qualification 

1. D3 or Bachelor Degree (Sarjana S1) in Computer Science
2. 1-2 year experience in managing IT hardware and software.
3. Experience with common enterprise technologies and concepts, such as Active Directory, Project Management / Ticketing applications, User Management tools or Computer Networking.
4. Experience with Mac, Online Drive, Windows, or cloud applications and Video conferencing software and hardware
