Requirements :

• Max. 30 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics Technique / Information Systems / Computer Science.
• At least 2-3 years working experience in related field.
• Good written and oral English communication skills is essential
• Able to work independently and proactively in a team environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot computer devices and internet networks, both Hardware and Software.
• Understand Intranet / Internet network problems.
• Can install Windows OS, MS Office, Printer and CCTV.
• Understand the operation of supporting devices such as Printers, Scanners, and Photocopiers.
• Willing to help resolve problems related to electronic devices in the Field and Back Office.
• Have knowledge of Programming languages.

Job Activity :

• Prepare and install software Laptop, Desktop, PC, etc.
• Create reports, create documentation, and store documents/reports related to IT equipment.
• Developing New Company application systems, both core applications and supporting applications.
• Maintain company application systems, for both core and supporting applications.
• Create and maintain IT system architectural designs in accordance with company goals.
