Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT security, infrastructure, network systems, or firewall configuration.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network security protocols (e.g., IPsec, SSL/TLS), and cloud environments.
• Ability to implement and manage firewalls such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Juniper, or Huawei.
• Familiarity with cloud-based firewall solutions and tools for IDS/IPS, NGFW, Anti-DDoS, Sandboxing, VPNs, and other security systems.
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Hadoop, and containerization technologies.
• Fundamental knowledge of routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP), network segmentation, and virtualization.
• Flexibility to work on-site with varying schedules, including shift work.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, Nagios).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, tools, and automation.
• Certifications in OpenShift, Hadoop, or Next-Gen Firewall technologies (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto) are highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance when configuring, maintaining, and auditing systems.
