Responsibilities :

• Work closely with IT teams to ensure that security controls are integrated into all IT systems and applications.
• Create the design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of infrastructure - networking, and security solutions.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security risks and weaknesses.
• Provide security awareness training to employees/customers, ensuring they understand and follow security practices.
• Keep update with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to proactively address potential risks.
• Generate report and documentation periodically.

 

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree (S-1 Degree) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering, Telecommunication from a reputable university.
• Min. 2 years work experienced in IT Network / Security or related positions.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Strong understanding of security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, VPNs, and authentication mechanisms.
• Proficient in Hardening applications and OS including Windows Server and Linux.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Good communication skill (Indonesia & English), both verbal and writing.
• Having experience in Cyber Security (Red team, Blue Team or Purple Team). 
• Having recognition from a Bug Bounty program and experience in performing penetration test.
• Having of Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+ is a plus.
• Having knowledge about Capital Market and its IT compliance will be an advantage.
