Act as the main point of contact between business users and the IT team, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders and ensuring clear and effective communication. This involves translating complex technical jargon into the local language, making it accessible and understandable for business users and other non-technical staff.
Actively participate in all requirement discussion sessions, contributing technical expertise and ensuring that business needs are accurately captured and addressed.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation in the local language, including developing training materials, user manuals, and other essential documents to support key users and end-users.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) during the hyper-care phase, handling the initial screening of all incoming incidents, assessing their severity and relevance.
Ensure seamless data integration, maintaining data accuracy, and compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of technical experience with SAP implementation and driving SAP solutions.
Fully comprehend the design and end-to-end processes of the SAP system, including an in-depth understanding of how the system supports business functions and workflows.
Possess extensive knowledge and experience in integrating and reporting across various SAP modules: MM (Materials Management), FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), SD (Sales and Distribution), PP (Production Planning), and technical modules like ABAP & BASIS.
Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Hyperion, and BW Analytics to support data analysis and reporting needs.
Experienced in managing and integrating third-party interfaces, such as banking systems, E-Faktur (electronic invoicing), and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems.
Willing to work onsite in South Jakarta
