Job Description:

• Deliver process/system improvement for patient and internal user
• Analyze  and map current process to understand workflows, identify inefficiencies, and document process steps
• Develop recommendations for process improvements and work with stakeholders to design and implement solutions
• Supports the implementations of process changes, including managing change request, preparing training materials, and assisting with the transition
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, including workflows, procedures, and process maps
• Identify potential risks associated with current processes and proposed changes, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from Any Major
• Min. 5 years of working experience as a business analyst, process analyst, or in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare setting
• Strong ability to analyze complex processes, identify issues, and develop effective solutions
• Good exposure Lean Six Sigma
• Proficiency in using data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, business intelligence software).
• Placement: Karawaci, Tangerang (full WFO)
• Willing to business trip across Indonesia
