As an IT Infrastructure Officer, you will create and maintain a sound working environment and seek continuous improvement that promotes productivity, creativity and well-being for each of the members.

About your responsibilities for the Role

• Come up with plans to improve / upgrade  IT infrastructure
• Look ahead to the future of what the workforce is going to need
• Perform in-depth analysis of IT Infrastructure issues to determine causes and solutions
• Implement and manage office equipment, office facilities, software and online services
• Provide help desk services to NRI’s members
• Investigate, test and develop solutions and workarounds to resolve issues/requests in daily operation
• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Manage the status of issues and communicate with employee in timely manner

• Creative and innovative ideas for infrastructure improvements
• Vitality to take action for improvements
• Can confidently identify and solve technical problems unaided and in a timely fashion.
• Working Experience as an IT Infrastructure Officer/IT Support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center 
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Coordinating skill for facility arrangement
• Have knowledge of installation, configuration, troubleshoot of computer network and server management
• Have knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Have knowledge of network management such as Cisco or Palo Alto
• Have knowledge of Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace
• Have knowledge of Slack
• Have knowledge of Public Cloud and Cloud Service such as AWS or GCP
• Have knowledge of Web page management
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
