  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related fields
  • Having minimum 1-3 years working experience as IT Helpdesk, IT Support,  IT Infrastructure or IT Network are preferred
  • Wide knowledge in basic networking and computing 
  • Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic,  Tangerang or Graha BIP, Jakarta Selatan

 

Jobdesc:

Responsible for installing, configurating, implementing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining overall IT needs (network, infrastructure, hardware, software, system, server & database) based on user internal or client external needs according to the ticketing request.
