Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology or Information System
Minimum 2+ years experience as Business Analyst
Experienced in complex business process analysis & mapping by using various kind of diagram such as Use Case, Flowchart, Sequence Diagram, etc
Familiar to conduct testing activities (SIT, UAT, Sanity Test, etc), including preparing the Test Scenarios
Strong analytical thinking, detail oriented, and able to work under minimum supervision
Proficient both in verbal or written communication in Bahasa Indonesia or English
Strong in teamwork
Having basic any programming languages including API
Experiences in CRM, telco or banking business
Familiar in contact center system application
Strong negotiation skill
Having experience for user system configuration
Quick adaptive person
Having good managerial time and job
Job Description:
Assisting with the business case Provide consultancy with customers to identify business challenges by eliciting requirements and to provide solution with activities leading to high value-business solutions to overcome customer’s business issues
Helping clients with change management activities by translating and simplifying requirements
Designing, testing, installing and monitoring new systems
Presenting solutions in written or oral reports
Preparing documentation and presenting progress reports to customers
Skilled business analysts also use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.
Organizing training for users and others consultants
Create document user requirement (eg: FSD/TSD/FDD/user training etc)
UI configuration for user system (eg: create roles, skill, etc)
