Job Description

  • Act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for users regarding Asset-related issues and other service requests in Seat Management.
  • Receive, record, and forward hardware issues to the Principal.
  • Knowledge about hardware computer (PC, NB, Printer, Server, Perangkat Network, dll)
  • Register new issues in the ticketing system.
  • Record and track assets.
  • Send a list of unresolved incidents and requests to the relevant IT department.
  • Follow up on the list of incidents and requests related to asset damage.
  • Create monthly reports on registered assets and those under repair.

 

Requirements and Skills

  • S1 Degree in Computer Science
  • Minimum Experience 1 Years as IT Asset and Management
  • Have knowledge in Computer Hardware and Software
  • Good Documentation Skill and detail reporting
  • Good Communication Skill and Proactive Support
  • Good attitude & Team works oriented
