Working with a sales team to determine solutions to customers’ challenges and supporting the sales team to present proposals to clients.
Providing demonstrations, presentations, training, consultation and sales support services for the sales team and existing clients.
Building relationships with customers and proactively seeking new sales opportunities by developing new relationships with prospective clients.
Potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products / services and their users.
Liaising with IT software products to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers and to let the products in on customer’s behaviour and/or any potential changes customers would like.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Information Technology (IT) / Computer Science / Information System.
Have minimum 5 years experiences working with IOT / ERP software.
Possess strong problem solving and attention to detail.
Have strong presentation skills.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
