Job Description:

• As spoke team members of company to communicate daily with investors, shareholders and stakeholders.
• Production team of company publication material: press release, investor release, presentations, website, social media and particular IR communications tools.
• Monitor capital market activities, compile report, and perform analysis.
• Initiate/maintain competitive analysis, financial statements analysis, and financial modelling.
• Part of team members to produce annual report, sustainability report by annual.
• Assist in organizing one on one meetings, conference and group meetings with investor and analyst, including any company’s events : analyst meeting, public expose, press conference.
• Initiate/maintain/escalating up of relationship with investment communities.
• Initiate/maintain/monitor sustainability horizon in order to comply with OJK and IDX and with institutional investors’ standard, including ESG related matters.
• Part of Production team in conduct RUPS/annual general meeting.
• Coordinate internal data by intersecting with accounting, finance and marketing division in order to produce information to be published.
• Coordinate inter division (within IR division) and supervise all paperwork of IR division.
• Carrying out all policies, instructions, tasks, and directions established by the leader in the future.

Job Requirements:

• Education : Bachelor's or master degree in Finance Management/Accounting/Business/Banking.
• Work Experience : 10 years in the same field.
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
• Understand regulatory affair knowledge including IDX and OJK regulations.
• Able to develop a sense of credibility within investment community and company’s organization.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and strong analytical skills, including perfect in MS excel, power point.
• Attention to detail combined with strong organization skills, ability to multi-task, strong follow-up skills, agile with dynamic of work flow, proven able to work with tight deadline, willingness to work long hours in order to meet deadline.
