As the Capital Market & Corporate Communications Manager, you will spearhead our strategic communication efforts, liaising with investors and stakeholders to enhance our market presence. Working closely with the Corporate Secretary and Investor Relations, you will manage capital market-related engagement with media and the community. Challenges include maintaining consistent messaging, tailoring the Company’s messages based on the differing sophistication of audiences, and making the Company’s business and performance understandable to them. In the first six months, you will develop and execute a robust communication strategy, fostering investor confidence and impacting our corporate image and market perception. Your contributions will be crucial in positioning us as an industry leader.

What you will do

Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to enhance market presence and investor relations.

Collaborate with the Corporate Secretary and Investor Relations to ensure cohesive, compliant and effective communication across all channels.

Manage capital market-related engagement with media and the community, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring accurate messaging.

Ensure regulatory compliance in all communications and public disclosures, mitigating risks associated with misinformation.

Craft compelling presentations, content and press releases related to capital market related actions including annual report, earnings results, shareholders meeting and corporate actions. 

Monitor market trends and investor sentiment to provide strategic insights and adjust communication strategies accordingly.

What you will need

Understanding of capital markets, especially in Indonesia, covering including, but not limited to, fundamentals of capital market regulations, market dynamics, and behaviors.

Basic understanding of corporate finance, including but not limited to, reading and analyzing financial statements, corporate actions, M&A, etc. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with investors, media, and stakeholders.

Experience in crafting and executing strategic communication plans.

Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Ability to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Corporate Secretary and Investor Relations to ensure aligned messaging.

Proficiency in monitoring market trends and analyzing investor sentiment to inform strategic decisions.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
