Role Description

This will be a part of the HR Team focusing mainly on Payroll. Will be responsible for handling payroll administration, processing payroll, managing garnishments, and ensuring compliance with payroll taxes. Also, will help with the other HR stuff, contract agreements, and administration. This role will be located in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Payroll Administration, Payroll Services, and Payroll Processing
• Know about payroll, especially PPh 21, Pasal 17, TER.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel skills.
• Have experience processing payroll (upload database, Tax settings, Component allowance and deduction setting, and reporting) using payroll applications and Excel.
• Knowledge of payroll systems and software
• Familiar in handling BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan
• Willing to handle HR Administration
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Good to have:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in payroll
• Have experience in handling local and expatriate Tax.
• Preferably having experience in HRIS and Payroll Information Systems
