Job Description: 
-Execute daily payroll operations accurately and efficiently.
-Maintain the employee database with zero errors and ensure accurate compensation and benefits (C&B) processing.
-Continuously improve and update the existing employee database for accuracy and compliance.
-Administer employee relations and handle various employee movements, including promotions, demotions, contract management, and expatriate administration.
-Manage internal communication related to payroll and employee movements.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven 3-5 years experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
-Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
-Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
-Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
