- Payroll Administration: Managing payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, reconciling payroll accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and resolving employee inquiries related to benefits.
- HRIS Management: Managing the HR information system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data, configuring, and maintaining HR systems, and training employees on HRIS software.
- Compliance Management: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, including maintaining accurate records, filing reports, and conducting audits.
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Providing support to employees on HR-related inquiries, resolving employee issues, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinating with Talent management Supervisor the onboarding and offboarding process, including creating and maintaining employee records, calculate the employee benefit and coordinating with other Directorates to ensure a seamless process.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including payroll processing, employee benefits providers, and HR software vendors.
- Responsible for office asset procurement, asset maintenance, and recording of all office assets.
- Handle complaint from employees about company facilities and infrastructure
- Responsible for company operational vehicle & Ensure the cleanliness of the company's work area
- HR Reporting and Analytics: Preparing HR-related reports and analyzing data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and make data-driven decisions
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, accounting & tax, or equivalent
- At least 2 (two) years’ experience as Payroll, and 5 years in HR
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations specific to the retail industry
- Required Skill(s): ComBen, Payroll, GA Management, Asset & Building, Cleaning & Security, Unit Operational, Facility, Permit & License
- Good in analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good in initiative and act
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in Ms. Excel
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
