• Align product planning with overall corporate strategies and objectives through regular interactions with Corporate Planning and the Board of Directors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, including significant leadership roles in Agile methodologies and product governance.
• Extensive experience in leading Agile transformation initiatives and developing large-scale Agile organizations, demonstrating a proven ability to scale teams and processes effectively.
• Advanced proficiency with analytics tools.
• Extensive experience in Agile and DevOps practices, with a strong foundation in digital product development and software engineering principles.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, capable of mentoring and inspiring a large team.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on operational excellence and quality assurance.
