Minimum 5 years of experience, in legal & industrial relation roles, either as in legal consultant.
Strong analytical and interpretation skills, the ability to think strategically and handle complex concepts (problem solving drive)
Proactive and commercial approach to resolving complex and difficult Risk/legal challenges while ensuring compliance with the internal/external regulations
Aligning and socializing policies from Indonesian Labor Law with the company's employment regulations.
Acting on behalf of the company in attending court to resolve all legal matters within the company.
Has experience in handling Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB) and bipartite LKS
